Aiptasia + CoralRX

Got a question - Will dipping a frag plug that has a couple small aiptasia's on it in CoralRX dip kill the aiptasia? I just noticed a couple of the buggers on one of the frags I've had in a QT for about a week. I added a peppermint shrimp to the tank yesterday, but so far he hasn't shown any interest yet. I attempted to cut the bugger off with a razor blade, but I couldn't hardly see the dang thing once I got it out of the water.

Coral rx will not eradicate it.
