Aiptasia dilemma and bubble algae confirmation

We bought a pretty large live rock from our LFS a few months ago. It has leather and green stripe mushrooms on it.

I've now noticed an aiptasia on the rock, and something else that I am pretty sure is bubble algae. Aiptasia is in red, unknown is in blue.

What can I do about the aiptasia being that it's right up against the leather? I know that there are most likely more, but this is the only one that I can see, so I don't think that a predator is a good idea.
Is the thing in the blue circle bubble algae? There are several more on the rock, and our foxface hasn't touched them. Recommendations for removal?

So take the rock out, scrape off the bubble algae, and apply peroxide?
Any advice for the aiptasia?

What if in five months a spot of hair algae develops? There's people who play and people who do not. Messing around is acting on nutrients, testing, detailing, hesitancy.

But to change the way someone thinks about invaders, and rules. The degree you don't want to take a risk is the degree that you overdo action, but only in my opinion.

I'll try that tomorrow and let you know how it goes.
I agree with what you're saying about nutrient control. Our parameters are pretty good, which is probably why the pests haven't spread. Just need to get rid of these guys.

Superglue gel works great on aptasia. Cover it up and done.

Red Sea has a great Aptasia killer, kills them in seconds. Also I get rid of BA by using air line and popping them with the airline while sucking up the spores.

Haven't had any more trouble with bubble algae, aiptasia is a different story. I scraped off and applied peroxide per Brandon's suggestion, then found another, which I dealt with the same way. Then I found another, which I resorted to Aiptasia-X (by Red Sea). My wife noticed several small ones today, so we went on a killing spree with the Aiptasia-X. If that didn't work, we're going to look into a predator of some sort. Today we went back to the LFS that sold us that rock, and their tanks are full of aiptasia. My wife thinks they look cool when they get big.
