Aiptasia? First Saltwater Aquarium.

This is my first go at the saltwater hobby, I bought a Red Sea Nano 20 a little over 2 weeks ago. I bought live rock live sand and the saltwater from a local fish store. Tanks been running over 2 weeks now and these guys showed up a few days after I was up and running. It is all over one live rock so far should I pull the whole rock out if it is?

if you want them gone lift out rock/pocket knife/ whittle right off/rinse in salt set back. harmless.

If you like them and can pull that rock out on its own, this keeps them in check and when filled out, is a good consumer of nutrients.
