Serious here.

So I was experimenting with a method to kill aiptasia on contact thats reef safe and seem to have found that product. It is my somehow g you broadcast feed but rather give the aiptaisa directly on its mouth and it simply starts to disintegrate.

Soooo, what's the best way of marketing this product??

Did a very crude vis and a pic just now.

Unfortunately the initial video is too big to post of the actual feeding of my product to the aiptasia...

But here is the end result, ot just took a couple drops.

Interesting. Maybe post a video log here. I think you have a captive audience for sure.

Host the video on youtube and post the link here. That usually works for larger files :)

I think I remember someone saying they made a past with kalkwasher or something with crazy amount of alk and turned off pumps and pasted them anyone know what im talking about

I will. maybe I'll do a YouTube video and put it here? Hard to get something quality in a thread.

That way can document as it takes a while for it to completely die off. Usually I do it at night and next day its complete gone. I havent timed it, lol

I think the trick will be if it prevents the many babies that grow in other places after the aptasia explodes.

Kalkwaser, wonder how that turned out! I could see that doing more harm than good, think if you had an sps tank and you just loaded it down with kalk.

The problem of them disintegrating is that they release spores and you wind up with a million of them. That's the problem with aptaisa X. it makes them implode but I've had a ton more pop up all over..

Yep I've been watching as I put it on the ones in my overflows as my dt is void of them.

We shall see, I'm hoping the spores get affected as well.

How long have you been experimenting with this product? I've tried several (aiptasiaX, Joe's, Kalk, etc.) and while they all have positive short term results, the aiptasia always comes back.

Trust me my entire 180 was absolutely taken over by em in January of this year.

Imagine this times 1000 as it did get worse.

not only would I’ve started over, but I would’ve left the hobby! That’s crazy how many you have! Wish you had the photos where there’s twice as much!
I also would’ve had fun too, pull the fish and coral out, then really test out your mad scientist skills.

Lol. Right. I tried cbb, filefish, peppermints, nothing worked.

I finally broke down and bought 20 beghia's and in 3 months it was all gone!

Oh and ot got like that cos my dumb butt used a toothbrush to get em out of my overflow and the next week they exploded everywhere
