Aiptasia on clam

I have the tiniest of aiptasia just inside a maxima clam shell irritating the mantle. I can't imagine I should squirt aiptasia x on it and get it on the clam and in the shell. I have a couple peppermint shrimp and a molly miller blenny, but I never see them anywhere near this part of the tank. Any suggestions?

Would you be able to remove with an xActo knife without hurting the clam?

I agree, aiptasiaX etc is risky and may kill the clam.
