Aiptasia on frag plug

I found a single head of Aiptasia on a frag plug of Utter Chaos that I just recently purchased last week... is it better to use Aiptasia X or take the plug out of the tank and manually remove it?

Better to take the plug out, scrape off the anemone and put a glob of super glue over where it was to ensure it doesn't come back. If you don't have aptasia anywhere else in the tank i wouldn't do aptasia x
