If its white it’s a feather duster. If its pink or brown it’s aptasia. Looks like feather duster to me.

It’s actually a tube won. They use the fan you see to draw in food. Although harmless, they can multiply and steal food from neighboring coral. Best bet is to prevent food from reaching them allowing them to starve
