Aiptasia or worm?

I've noticed a few of these in my new tank on the live rock, they're extremely small - can anyone confirm what they are?

The picture is blurry but I think you’re referring to the feather dusters.

Thanks everyone, they are very small, like 3mm across, so its hard to get a decent photo, I think they may be feather dusters though.
