I want to say yes, but this one has a very fat foot and a lot of tentacles. Plus there are more growing around it. Just want to identify so I know how to remove or don’t remove. Thanks

Looks like it but please post a white picture.
Look at your picture, put yourself in our shoes. Think to yourself, if i seen this picture for the first time would I know what I'm looking at?? It's extremely hard to ID anything in blue light.

I would recommend killing the bigger ones by some method, and buying some peppermint shrimp to deal with the smaller ones.

If the rock can be taken out, I highly recommend you do.
Kalk paste it even lemon juice over the kitchen sink. Then put the rock back in the tank.
