Aiptasia over water?

So, i am going to do an aqua scape with a mix of real life rocks (from an already working aquarium) and Caribsea shapes rocks.
On one of the real life rocks I have 2 Aiptasias. Can I keep the part of the rock where the Aiptasia are, over water for at while, and will this kill them?

I don't think so. I think a concentrated Kalk syringe will work better
