Aiptasia polyp?

Hi all, new to the forum and just started cycling a new nano reef on 4/1. (Had a biocube back in 2007). Found this little guy in the sand. Is it the dreaded aiptasia?

Awww, it's cute!!!

Yes, it looks like Aiptasia to me. When they're in the sand you can scoop them out or, at that size, get them with a turkey baster.

Yes - totally aiptasia. You likely have more hiding elsewhere in the system, but i would recommend removing it and the sand it is attached to.
