Aiptasia starting to appear

Yes. Lemon juice and squirt it right into its mouth. You'll see it die right in front of your eyeballs. Act quick or suffer the same faith as I do.

They are less then a centimeter would it be possible for me just to rip it off or no? If not I will try but I think its too small for it to work

I wouldn't "rip" anything. If you can remove them without irritating them much or having to butcher them, then yes, you can remove them by hand. Ripping will cause them to multiply if they remain in your water column.

I have had good luck with peppermint shrimp for smaller aiptasia in smaller tanks. Not so much in larger tanks. The aiptasia have disappeared from the frag section of my sump since adding a couple even tho they are growing in the overflows.

I have a cleaner shrimp wont they fight?

I had some in with a cleaner with no issues but it was in a larger tank, 180g. The only time I see the peppermints is if I look at the tank in the middle of the night. Let's see what others with more experience than I have to say.

If they are that small just cover them with super glue gel.

I found one on a piece of rock a frag was mounted on.he retracted when I went in with the syringe so I walled him into his coffin with DD putty

I use Frank’s F Aiptasia for the ones I see and have peppermint shrimp for maintenance. The shrimps won’t eat the big ones.
