Aiptasia X mistake

So before I start I know it was an incredibly stupid mistake...

so I had one aiptasia in my tank, and I had never had one before. I got aiptasia x, and after using it, I realized I never turned of the flow. The aiptasia was in a fairly low flow area, but I was wondering what will happen now.

Nothing. It won't harm anything in the tank. They tell u to turn down flow so it stays on aptasia & doesn't get swept away for 10mins. I've used it with flow on b4 & it just blows around a little more, but it'll get to filter. No harm done
