I have a group of Paly's that I would like to eradicate, but unfortunately I cannot remove the rock from the tank. I am going to try injecting them with Aiptasia X, maybe 10 polyps per week. Has anyone had success with this? Google is giving me a few anecdotal results, nothing solid. I know I have to turn off all flow. Any other tips?

You can try but a YouTuber I watched accidentally put it on zoas and they survived

This stuff kills zoas/palys and pretty much any anemone/coral it comes in contact with > F Aiptasia

What also works very well is making a kalk slurry that placing it right on the paly polyp. The consume it and start melting, sometimes takes two applications, but works very very well.

Does this work without releasing paly toxins? Asking for a friend...

I have never had an issue applying kalk paste on palys before. I feel they mostly do it when they are physically stressed. For example if you keep palys in a completely dark area they will slowly melt away and never release a thing.

I see you brush off the remains 5 days after, can I assume the stuff you are brushing off will just dissolve into the water column? Wont harm any corals or inverts? Would do a water change either way right after brushing off.

I would surely read through that thread and maybe ask this question there. I've never used the stuff, so I cannot answer your questions myself.
The creator is a nice guy that responds pretty quickly.
