Aiptasia?

Are they sticking to the glass in the first picture or does it move away when you attempt to touch it with something? If it tries to swim away and looks like a jelly fish swimming it is most likely hydroids.

The ones in the video look a lot like aptasia. Have you attempted to see if they close up into the rock work when you touch the mouth area?

The ones on the glass close up if touched. Haven't tried on the rock work. When knocked off the glass they just float around.

That is correct! They float around till they get a foothold.
They will do this also when water hit 90 degrees

Then they're most likely aptaisa. I have dealt with both and the aptasia are easier to keep under control and eliminate then those hydroids.

Yes indeed. I have studied them quite extensively
At 90 degrees they all release and wind up floating in the water. Easily caught with a net
