Are you asking if its aptasia?
 
Tough call, we've had some tiny aptaisia that just love zoas. Keep an eye out for the zoas closing in that area.

Is it just me, or does there seem to be a little green coloration around where I'm guessing the mouth would be? If so, how common is it to see an aiptasia that isn't brown?
 
Pretty uncommon. The hydroid/barnacle fits better for sure.
I've had hydroids I had to kill before. I'll glob a dab of super glue over this and kill it. The ones I had before had more of a structured "tube" this looks soft. It might be light causing the green.
 
Just keep an eye out for irritation/zoas closing in the area. Thats how I started to spot the tiny aptaisia.
