Aiptasia??

Not sure what these are... looked like aphasia, but they don't have the long tentacles... Maybe a zoa or pally? Let me know if more pics are needed.

What's the best way to get rid of them?

Remove the rock and manually remove. Don't leave anything behind or it will grow back.
