Aiptasia?

It’s a new tank just added live rock and it was already on it. Right now only 2 baby clowns and live rock in tank.

Is it good or bad? How do i get rid of it if it’s bad?

Nope not Aiptasia, possible barnacle. It's harmless regardless. You got off easy this time.

I ended finding one and Took care of it. I had a pair of tongs in the tank and when I got close to this retracted superfast back into the live rock

Looks like a feather duster or like was mentioned a barnacle. Filter feeder, harmless, I'd just leave it be.
