So somehow, a little aiptasia got into my nano. I checked all the rocks and it seems to be the only one. However, I do not want to spend money on just one aiptasia. Could I just flipped the rock and smother the aiptasia in the sand bed? Or will that just make it spread more aiptasias? This is a fairly new tank so there is no corals so far.

if you don't want to buy any remover you can blast it with boiling water in a syringe
Red sea aptisia x is quite good and often handy to have

Inside that one Aiptasia is 100-of-thousands of spores just waiting to give birth to new Aiptasia
