Is this An Aiptasia hitch hiker? Or another type of anemone.. I’ve noticed it a couple weeks now and it Hasn’t done much of anything but if it is Aiptasia I want to take care of it now before it starts spreading. I can’t get a good picture of it when it’s open but this is what I have and I’ll try getting other pictures.

Its hard to see which part of the photo you're referring to but I screen shot the area I believe is in question. That is a Vermedit Snail. Pesky suckers and best to eradicate it.

It's really hard to make out, if your talking about the pale bulb looking thing coming off the leather coral or the feelers next that(I think it is Aiptasia)

+1 Vermedit Snail, Take the rock out if you can, Break it off with pliers & super glue the spot on the rock.

Not to jump on the thread but I have them vermedit snail. On some rocks and I ask a guy at my LFS and he cold them some type of algae? Is that the only way to kill them or stop from spreading is to take out cut off and glue?

I glue the ends of the tubes shut in the tank with superglue gel then snap them off after about a week.

Looks like ball anemone or majano but image a little blurry

In thinking (at work), anthepluera anemone comes to mind

Here a better picture with the anemone open... still hard to see but maybe it will be more help
