Hi I’m new to salty scene can anyone tell me if this is aiptasia or if not what it maybe starting to grow thanks.

Very hard to say from that picture but does not look like aptasia as was said above

From the pic - it's a bit hard to tell - but if I were to guess, it looks like vermetid snails

I will have to wait for whatever it is to grow more as it’s hard to tell at the moment
