Aiptasia in built on overflow box what do I do?

Can you easily get to it to remove it with a razor scraped underneath it on the glass or overflow sides? If concerned, you can always create a siphon with a piece of tubing to catch any pieces if you are not able to get it all in one piece. Or, others have injected them directly with lemon juice or Kalk-paste and it has killed them.

So shut off all equipment on tank. siphon down overflow then scrape them off? @Idoc
