Just saw this pop up on the side of my monti cap never had aiptaisa so not completely sure

Based on the colors it doesn't look like it. Aiptasia are basically clear and dont have green tips and it doesn't have bulbs so its not a Majano. I'd guess a feather duster or some type of clove polyp.
This is a white feather duster for example. Yours seems to be green. If it is, they are good filter feeders.

I took another picture and looking closely it is indeed a feather duster! Thank god I nearly had a heart attack as I’ve been keeping frags in qt for 60 days before entering my tank to prevent me from getting any pests at all. Thank you man.
 
Cool little guy! I had some clove polyps growing behind my jedi mind trick monti and since they grew so fast, started to inhibit my monti's growth. They formed tube like structures (similar to zoas) on my frag plug and started competing with my monti for space. I personally would frag it off and let it grow on another small piece of rock. Happy reefing!
