This is aiptasia, right?

I’ve had success with the right kind of peppermint shrimp. They do however, go after fleshy LPS in my experience. Give and take.

Aiptaisa are a common pest. There are many ways to tackle them. Chemical means seem to just let them prosper. Peppermint shrimps, copperband butterflies, berghia nudis are natural ways to control.

I am going to put epoxy over it. It's actually in a crevice

If this is the first and only one you've identified then I agree, either glue over it or manually remove it. If you caught the first one that may be the end of the issue. I had one show up on a frag and removed it. Haven't seen any since.

I just scoured through my tank. Hopefully that is the only one. Funny thing is thats in the back right side of my tank. I have not put any coral or plug there. Or anywhere close to it.

Rock was dried and bleach before I use them. So I don't think it was leftover from the previous tank.

And unfortunately I can't take the rocks out. Too big and connected to other rock.
