Aiptasia?

Just seeing what people might think these are. I'm assuming aiptasia, and the pic isn't very good. They are all over the tank and small, like 1 or 2 mm for the most part. I was cycling the tank and had a phytoplankton bloom due to using old sand, and when the phytoplankton finally cleared up (a few months later) these were all over the 75 gallon. I don't mind if they are, just curious of anyone can definitively tell at this size.

From personal experience and judging the liverock at the lfs, these are colonial hydriods and will need manual removal. They will spread.

The fluorescent green colonies don't seem to be a plague like the regular yellow/brown colonies. GL with removal.
