Yup.

Luckily where it is, it is easy to remove. I would suggest start a siphon into a bucket with small tube and then razor blade it off at the foot and making sure not to leave anything behind. Dump bucket outside and this should stop any spores from being released into tank.
 
Sucked the sand away and he was attached to the divider, scraped foot as I sucked it out. My LFS has a small infestation of them, must be where it came from. Thanks for the ID and advice!
 
If you like the looks of Copperband Butterflys they will keep any aptasia population at zero.
Not the easiest fish to introduce into a tank. But does good work on bad bad things ... LOL
