I just had my sump completely out and cleaned it like 2 weeks ago! that thing ( there is two more not as big! ) was not in my sump then! since it's in the sump can I give them a mouthful of lemon extract?

If its on glass I would scrape them of with a razor and remove it fully.
If its on rock or something then i've found using anything to cover it just makes it spread.
I'd probably give F Aiptasia a try on 1 or 2 first time aiptasia (display only).
Tear down the sump, I had them spread from sump to display and regret not being more aggressive.

Also use a tube and siphon them out after you scrap them.
