Can someone confirm if this is an Aiptasia, It popped up 3 months ago, and no other sign of any others. It has grown from pinhead size to dime size in 3 months.

Nice - first real coral in your tank!
Sigh, I was afraid of that i hate to kill anything and the Golem structure it is on has 2 nuclear death palysYou want to get rid of it asap. It can spread in your tank with a single cell. If you can pull the rock out, scrape it off and them completely cover it with reef safe superglue. Then rinse with RODI or saltwater.
Yes, its aiptasia. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Please .. no short term solutions.. you touch that dam thing .. and it will wave at you with a finger and reproduce and then all of his friends will wave.. Lots of good solutions and the above one will work.. just read about it before you propagate them.Lemon juice on it or kalk paste works too.
So which one do you recommend? I have seen reefsquad members recommend the lemon juice/kalk paste route first. I prefer the glue approach. But then I attack them right away! Please .. no short term solutions.. you touch that dam thing .. and it will wave at you with a finger and reproduce and then all of his friends will wave.. See.. tried that.. for me it didnt work.. I just got more. I think the kalk works.. if you can turn your pumps off for an hour and encapsulate it.Keep it simple for removing a single aptasia. Using syringe, inject either lemon juice or better yet. . kalkwasser powder mixed with tank water into a paste the consistency of toothpaste and inject into the very center core and it will melt away
Make sure you get it in the Very CENTER CORE- or it will only irritate the aptasia which will come tight backSee.. tried that.. for me it didnt work.. I just got more. I think the kalk works.. if you can turn your pumps off for an hour and encapsulate it.
I guess my point being is I had a few and "tried" to get rid of them.. only to see them propagate more.. now I have an issue....
Just like everything in this hobble it does not happen overnight... my advice is just slow it down..
Im looking at Nudi's.. and possibly a CBB, but both require a boat load of up front work.
Once there was one.. now there is some. Sad to say I have about 5 patches like this.

I agree, this is key! I've had trouble getting a syringe into them because they shrink so fast, so for me, I get the best result by putting kalk paste directly on the mouth and letting the aiptasia close around it. Then I cover it once it's shriveled. 100% success for me this way.Make sure you get it in the Very CENTER CORE- or it will only irritate the aptasia which will come tight back
Worked for me every time
I’m aptasia free well over a year
Ya its a learning process.. sad for me.. they are winning.. For me there are spots that I cant hit them with Kalk. SO I need to look at predators..Make sure you get it in the Very CENTER CORE- or it will only irritate the aptasia which will come tight back

In that case and mark my words ( over 3 decades of experience) - Get your self a Bluehead Kleini butterflyYa its a learning process.. sad for me.. they are winning.. For me there are spots that I cant hit them with Kalk. SO I need to look at predators..
