Aiptasia?

Hey guys, I put this frag in last week. Today I just noticed this guy. When I took the first picture the flash was on and he disappeared. But within seconds he came back out. What do you guys think? Aiptasia? If so, what should I do?

Is this a pest? Good guy or bad guy?

Just something that lives in the tank, not good or bad. They catch stuff in the water to eat and usually get no larger than the one you have. They may spread but I have never had a problem with them.

You guys are gonna kill me, lol, bit I got one more pic I need help with. Here's another frag I have. This one seems to be more tentacle-like. I have a bad feeling about this one.

Dont think fan worm but a clove polyp. A dab of gel super glue from dollar store will rid of it
