I've noticed a few of these popping up under my rocks and away from light. It looks like aiptasia but I'm not sure. I am also dealing with a sudden infestation of feather dusters so I am trying to lower my feedings but this looks different.

If you blow on the thing in your first picture, does it move? Looking at it more closely, I believe it may be a sponge or cluster of sponges

That's what I was thinking. I saw one on my sand bed but when I tried to touch it with my tong it disappeared. It would make sense that these appeared when I started feeding heavily and all the filter feeders started spawning.
