Air bubble, pest or what?

I noticed these, bubbles, or whatever they are, today in my tank. The big one is pictured. There are probably 2 or 3 other ones that are size of a dime or smaller.

They move like air bubbles, and my one clown seems to be sticking near them.

These were not there yesterday. My tank is fairly new (2.5 months) and not even sure if the one clown has transitioned so eggs seem unlikely.

Those sure look like air bubbles trapped under your rocks to me. I can't tell you why they are building up there like that though.

+1 bubble. If you have sandbed, the bacteria will break down nitrate into nitrogen gas and then emit into the air. It is part of the "cycling" process. So there is a good chance that's nitrogen trapped under the rock. probably a good idea to consider alter the tank flow so that air bubbles don't get trapped there, especially if it's nitrogen gas.
