Air bubbles and cloudy water

Hello, i starded cycling 20 days ago. Everything was good until 3 days ago when i turn skimmer on. There are too many tiny air bubbles. When i turn skim off, there isn't any. Althought, i have a mousse between skimmer chamber and return pump.
And now, my tank looks so cloudy, i'm new and don't know what is going on, please!

new skimmers usually take a few days to "break in", the micro bubbles are normal, but should go away after a few days, if not, it might need some dialing in.
