Hi. Thanks for being here. My English is a bit weak, but I hope it will be understandable to everyone. My current tank is 1.5 years old. I have been using the Triton method since the beginning. I keep mostly SPS corals, but a couple of weeks ago my Iodine value crashed and I lost the colors and the ends of the corals burned a bit.
I might find my nutrient values a little low, but I will publish my current ICP test for you. (N-DOC in progress). I’ve been struggling with algae growth in the aquarium for a long time, but so far I haven’t had enough to take the issue more seriously. I started dosing Easy Reef SPS EVO 1 month ago. I am no longer dosing at the moment because I also discovered algae that were not present in the aquarium until now. To stay on topic, cyano is starting to emerge right now, which so far only appeared when I had low nutrient values, but even after 1-2 days it passed by itself as I raised the PO4-NO3 ratio. Every day when the light turns on, an air bubble appears on the stone, and in the evening there will be more and more, then night passes and everything starts all over again the next day. I would be curious to experience how you would deal with the problem because I don’t want my corals to suffer any further. Thanks for helping and here are some photos.
