Hey everyone. I recently purchased a GHL 2.1 dosing pump. For some reason I constantly have air bubbles in my lines. When I first primed the lines, I got all the air bubbles out. For some reason them are there, moving down the lines every day. There are not leaks and I used barbed fittings. Everything is sealed what could be going on?

Following as I have the same issue.

I used to have a similar issue, which I think is very common. I have a bubble magus doser and I switched out the tubing for a thicker airline tubing. This helped for the most part. I also dose 12 times a day to keep the flow consistent (every 2 hours). Long durations in dosing may cause the fluid to retract some if the line is not tight.

I have only noticed air in my dosing lines when the connections were not absolutely air tight at the dosing containers. This allowed a small amount of air to get in the lines.

Thanks guys, I will double check everything. The air bubbles are on the deposit side. Maybe that’s where the air is getting in. I don’t see any on the suction side.
