my tank in kitchen, it did a very visible difference to me since i run outside air. I made a hole (8mm) in the windows frame (wood) that can be easily plugged in future with wax filler. If i couldn't i would have gone thru the wall since is the easiest to pierce (even if is reinforced) and easiest to fill in future.
