Air stone for bubble cleaning

Hi have been looking at bubble cleaning my tank just to see if it will help clean my tank a bit I have been struggling with dinos as had none existent nitrate and phos(too clean) so have been over feeding the tank to boost now I'm getting cyanobacteria everywhere and dino are subsiding I wanted to bubble clean just to try and get a little more stable and maybe pick up some of the food etc that has been caught in areas I cant get to I have some spare normal air stones lying around are they ok to use they are like a blue coloured stone or do I need to get a wood one

doesnt matter, get the weighted ones

I would think the cyno would trap those air bubbles. Try to add another power head to get some more flow.
