Does anyone know how reduce the water to flow to the DI on this unit.

im still registering TDS on my handheld and according to the firm, this might be a solution

What is your tap water TDS, RO only TDS and RO/DI TDS? If I remember right that has two DI canisters so what is the TDS from each?
What is your tap water temperature and pressure?
What is your exact measured waste ratio?
How old is the DI resin? Was it bought fresh and stored properly before being used? Has it always stayed wetted when not in use?
