Looking for the best place to buy aircraft cable.

I can sure up the canopy to be level now but once I add lights and a wood facade I will need the extra support.

Also any best practice. Never worked with cabeling before except to hang and cantilever small lights.

I just used the stuff at Lowes. Use 2 clamps on each termination and thimbles. Make sure you buy the correct hardware for the size cable you are using.

I think I have 2 cables with 1000 pound breaking strength each holding up 80 pounds. I worried more about the attachments in the ceiling than the cable. I used u bolts through 2x6 sections fixed to the rafters with large screws. The u bolts hang pulleys that swivel so It all aligns itself.
Mine goes up and down with a winch I got at harbor freight. It uses a worm gear drive so it doesn't need a brake. The weight on the drum cant drive the crank handle.

That means I cant drop it which is a good thing with me.
