Al prime 16 HD not connecting

So I bought a second hand tank which came with this light, I've downloaded the myal app and reset the light, the light is connecting to my WiFi as it has a solid green light on top then on the app it goes through the steps like name of tank andn does the configuration then after that it doesn't go any further and gives me a message which I've attached to this thread, plz can someone help before I lob it through a window

the 16 HD is Bluetooth only, no wifi controllability yet.
