Ah. The latest algae to get hold of my tank. Win 1 battle and the next one comes, but I am starting to get more and more coralline so maybe I will eventually win.

This algae is red and has taken over a lot of my rock surface and loves to grow in the corals also. It is almost impossible to brush off (it is stuck on the rockwork) . Does not get really big but just gets everywhere. I guess, I want to understand what it is first. Thanks for the help. I can take a tank picture to show you it is everywhere if you like. Not stringy. More like feathery (is that a word). I did have massive amounts of GHA and I was able to nuke them. Now I got these. Guess the Nuking can just cause the next issue ;). Still happy and learning.

Turf algae
A little harder to battle. Reduce white light intensity for 7-10 days. Pull as much and as thorough as you can by hand and scrub with a hard toothbrush and 5% peroxide

Thanks. It is on every surface. How would I get the Peroxide on. Would I just have a syringe of it and squirt why I brush it. How about around the corals. I will reduce all white light immediately.
