Algae — is this a concern

This algae showed up last week, i have shifted the sand around a bit but it has come back. Any recommendations?

How old is the tank?

Then it may be an inbalance in parameters. It's not really at a concerning level yet, but its presence is enough to indicate something. what are the parameters, specifically nitrate and phosphate?

Really, those rocks sure don't look 20 months old but looks like a fowler?

what's your TDS of your RODI water?

You may want to check your DI resin cartridge on your RODI. It's possible that silicate is getting through and eventually into your tank which can cause mild diatoms on the sand.
