Algae and Brown Circles identify please

Please take a look of this micro pic... Green Hair Algea and ? what are the brown circles

Looks like bryopsis rather than hair algae. You will need to pull all you can by hand and remove the Actual roots with a dental pick or small crochet needle and reduce white light intensity.
Is tank at or near a window?
Brown spots are spires from either diatoms or algae. Simply scrape that off white sponge or magnet and step up on maintenance

all came from rocks.. had a bad batch of DI resin and did not catch the TDS was 4 going into the tank..
