Algae and strange thing

Need help for identify what is red algae, this new flat one's. And also the strange transparent thing with tubes appeared (feels lite algae too), (maybe it is some casing from plankton birth?). I need to know names and dangerous levels of this 3 items

The red things look like benthic foraminiferans (harmless), the flat and spiky algae might be Caulerpa serrulata (I’d assume it’s harmless, but you could ask in the macroalgae forum to see if someone knows for sure), and the transparent things are sponges (harmless).
