I need some help if anyone can get ahold of someone there and have them message me I’d appreciate it (I’ve emailed , I’ve called) nothing

The bottom line is I placed a order 3/22 was advised it would ship the week of 3/25 that Monday , I reached out thru there website chat and Nothing , then I posted asking another question and I heard from them saying some of my order is out of stock should be in next day well again I’ve heard nothing , I understand these are good guys and great product but let be real here.

they don't ship on Thursday or Friday
 
Ha no answer. And I was about to buy 90 bucks of macro, and 120 of pod/phyto.
I messaged them earlier to ask question, and something told me to look here before I complete order.
 
After a month and some employee nonscense not being honest on what was promised they did refund and I was offered at same time the order as well seeing it was 3 weeks and one line after another they offered me a refund and the order will still be shipped needless to say after yet another email looking for what was promised they in fact did ship the order in (2) different boxes on (2) different days with leaking bottles idk what’s up or if it’s the fact they were starting a big upgrade to the shop but again we are the customers that make them keep the doors open for them and no we didn’t get a apology just here you go ! I will not be using them ever again nor will I recommend them
