Did a 60% WC today hoping to help out a bit with an algae bloom I was having... this is what I am left with tonight. Param's are great, everything within a proper range. I scrubbed + peroxide soaked my rocks to get the large tufts of hair algae off, but it seems like theres a ton in the water column still. Any recommendations here? I am wanting to avoid any algaecides/peroxide due to my nice SPS, would copepods be a good move here?

I would strongly suggest a UV sterilizer 2 days ago lol. Personally I would get a in-tank sterilizer plus there good to have on hand. A really good one is a Deep Blue it sits inside the tank and you will notice results in 24-48 hours. Goodluck. Keep us updated

To follow up, I would steer away from in-line sterilizers. Considering how much is has already taken over. A in tank is the way to go here.

Try to lower your phosphates some. Some inexpensive stuff is BRS GFO for a media reactor. If you don’t a reactor. Some Phos-Guard does the job just as good
