i started getting this algae on 2 rocks at the bottom / back area of my 150g mixed. what algae is it and what should i do to fix it? thanks in advance

It's too blurry to tell, but looks like dinos. There are a few treatments you can try, but you might want to look at your water parameters (nitrates, phosphates) first.
