Ok so i have had a running tank for just over 90 days now. I started with diatoms when tank first started, then it was green hair algae, got all that under control. Now I am getting green algae on the glass every day.

My parameters are perfect, I don't have a ro/di and do water changes every 10 days @ 15%.

T5 ati bulbs 12 month bulbs.
My corals look to be thriving, please help.

Oh and I am on a budget.

You're doing great – par for the course!

Take it easy and just make sure you're cleanup crew is beefed up!

You have the answer to your question you are not using RODI water. Algae will continue to be a problem for you as long as you don't use it. Do you have an LFS nearby that sells RODI? If so then you could get a few jugs and buy it. Also how often are you feeding and how long are you running your lights for?

Feed fish once a day, lights are on for 12 hours.

Feed fish is kinda vague..you could have two clown fish and feed a cube of food..and your over feeding your tank.
Your probably cause tho is your lack of rodi water..your just brining in water that's full of stuff for algae to eat. You should get a rodi unit...you can even find them used on here in the market place.

R/O is key!
10% weekly WC’s are enough. Once you have a 4-stage R/O system set up, make enough water to do a 75-80% WC, as much as you can without uncovering corals. The reason for the large WC is because elements in the water your using is causing the algae issues. It will take time to remove these elements from your system, hence the large WC, but with help from added Turbo snails, CUC, Algae Blenney

Yes, everyone who are suggesting r/o are right. Using other water carries nutrients into your tank no matter how many water changes you do.

Understood, figured this was the case because the algae would explode 24 hours after water change. Just had to hear it from someone else, and the feeding fish. I have 2 clowns, a large goby, and a blue tang and feed 1/3 a cube a day.

Thanks everyone.

Just to reiterate, you're doing fine. All this is normal, so try not to get into the frame of mind of feeling like you have to "fight it" or anything like that. :)

Keep things stable. Make sure your CUC and maintenance is solid. Keep up with the scrubbing if your snails don't.....and upgrade the CUC in that case.

"Perfect" is not likely, BTW.....can you list your most recent test results? Mostly you'll be wanting stability in everything, but there might be something we can point out.

12 hours a day plus tap water=tons of nasty algae. You should be doing 8 hours a day plus RODI/Salt mix. While it is true that algae will go through cycles you shouldn't have it completely taking over your tank.
