Algae? Coral? Please help.

So I think they were using the original rock I got for my 20 gallon reef tank as a frag rock. Several little random things have shown up it's been pretty cool. Someone told me they thought it was algae if so do you know what kind? I need to figure out of it something I want something I need to get rid of etc
