On Wednesday my wife call to say there was a bunch of maggots on the back glass glass of the tank( I am assuming pods), so when I got home my aquarium is infested with hundreds of little white critters. I have been plagued with cyano for a while now, goes and come when treated with peroxide and they where all over it. Every patch of cyano they were there.
The only thing I did from Sunday to wed was a 20% water change, treated the tank with Vibrant and added the 2 corals. A hammer and trashy

So are they really pods? I only bought pods twice in may and June while I was trying to run chaeto and wanted to get a mandarin.
I read in some threads where someone had a similar issue and was told there might have been eggs on the coral. Do they populate that fast.?
Is Cyano food for pods? They devoured the entire back glass .

Are these the pods I bought months ago now populating.

I have videos but can't upload.

thanks Q

They look like pods but to upload the video you need to post it to YouTube then share the link

Hard to tell from the picture, but they look like isopods, not copepods.
