Algae/Dino/Cyano ID Help

Can you guys please help ID what I'm dealing with here? I have a brown slime growing very fast on my rocks. This is accompanied by a ton of dark bubble algae. The slime will blow off a bit with a turkey baster, but it doesn't all blow off. I had Dino's a couple of years ago and this looks very different. I'm not seeing anything stringy. This looks like red slime, but it's all brown. Any ideas?

Looks like some sort of cyano but won’t know for sure till we get more info, tank age and parameters would be helpful

What else have you tried to remove it?

I use NP bacto and am currently having a little trouble with cyano. Though, my highest flow area has zero cyano. Maybe check your flow?

Thanks for the suggestion. I have 4 MP40s in a 5' tank on 95%. I'm assuming this is more flow than most. I've resorted back to small amounts of vibrant 1x per week and 90% of the algae has cleared. Not sure if I will regret this but so far tank looks well.
